Where are you located?

• We are located in Nashville, TN where all of our candles are hand mixed, poured, and shipped by our owner.

What do your candles consist of?

• We use a coconut apricot wax blend with a miniscule amount of highly refined food grade paraffin. Our fragrances are phthalate-free, non-toxic with an eco-friendly wooden wick for clean burning.

-How long will my candle burn?

• With proper use, your candle should burn for a minimum of 35 hours.

Do you offer wholesale/private label?

What company do you use for shipping?

• At the moment, all of our orders are shipped through USPS. If you require a different provider, please contact info@charismaticandco.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@charismaticandco.com. Please include your order number in your initial email for quicker assistance. As we are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible, there is a limited amount of time that we will be able to process your request. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it and apologize for any inconvenience.
